30-, 60-, and 90-day plan

The recommended order of lessons and deliverables across 12 weeks, with a weekly hour limit.

Promise: a 12-week schedule that fits alongside a full-time job.

Premise

Five hours per week, outside working hours. If you have less, extend the timeline; the sequence matters more than speed. If you have an active contract, reread the exclusivity and publicity clauses before starting (lesson 0.4).

Rules of the plan

  1. One thing per week. If you finish early, repeat the Interview Practice.
  2. A finished deliverable is worth more than a completed lesson.
  3. End-of-week review (15 minutes): what I did, what got stuck, what changes.
  4. Cut-off rule: 30 days without a conversation, change the message or the channel.
Do this now

Copy the tables into your calendar with real dates. Block out five hours per week.
