Privacy policy

1. Principle
We collect the minimum. The free tools (X-Ray, calculators, practice) run in your browser and do not send what you type.
2. What we collect, why and on what basis

We also record the date, the source page and the version of this policy you accepted. We do not store IP addresses, tracking cookies or sensitive data. We do not sell data.
3. Who processes the data (processors)
- Cloudflare: website hosting and the database where sign-ups are stored.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot check on the forms. It analyses browser signals at the moment of sending to block automation; we do not use that data for anything else.
These services may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.
4. How long
Newsletter: until you leave. Waitlist and beta: up to 12 months after the program launches, or earlier if you ask. Then deletion.
5. Your rights
Confirmation and access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to latitude.club@ignaulin.com; we reply within 15 days.
6. Security
Encrypted connection, no public page exposing sign-ups, database access restricted to the owner with two-factor authentication.
7. Changes
Changes are posted here with a date and a new version.
